Defense Attorney

Best lawyer BY FAR!!!

When I seemed to have found myself in trouble, I knew I had seen this name all over brazoria county. Steve Gonzales law firm. So I immediately called for consultation. Right up front they were honest, said it’d be a tough case but they absolutely would fight and try to dismiss it. Assuring me that it... may take a while, but they weren’t going to give up. The price was a little more than I imagined but after consideration I knew it cost more to get good quality work. With ease of a payment plan that they offered, it ended up not being so bad. The outcome of a dismissal a year later was worth the money, worth the wait and DEFINITELY worth hiring this law firm. I 100% recommend their team.

The dream team of criminal dense in the the area!

I’ve used Steve in the past and the experience that I had humbled me and made me a better person. He is an inspiration and hands down the smartest human being I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Most recently (December 2018) I was accused of a horrible felony assault that never occurred. It’s a sh...ame how the law is so willing to warrant and arrest innocent people without factual evidence or an actual thorough investigation. So much for innocent until proven guilty... But I’m not here to bash the system. I consulted Steve, we did the footwork and I provided him with all the information I possibly could and he and his team went hard to work. He offered a fair price for the premium service. Payment plans available and I never felt pressured. Steve, Kristi, and his office team care about you. You’re not another number or dollar sign to them. They’re straightforward-honest and will always fight to get the best deal. I’ve been waiting for this case to get handled for about 1 year and 8 months. I was laid off in March and haven’t been working and because it was A pending felony it prevented me from putting my name on a lease and also interfering with me trying to find another good job during this pandemic. It got reset more times than it needed too (due to COVID) but the wait was worth it. He got the felony assault completely dismissed and a misdemeanor B reduced to a misdemeanor C with a small fine. I feel like I have my freedom, my life back, and my name cleared. You can’t put a price or value that Steve, Kristi, and the teams work can offer you. If you want the best, don’t waste any time! Make the call if you need help! It’s time to get busy living!!!

Best possible outcome !!!

I just had my day in court and I am so happy to say I had the best outcome possible for my DWI offense, thanks to Steve Gonzales and all the people in his law office. When it finally came to court, Mr. Gonzales’s first had my offense lower to what I thought was a great bargain but yet he even went ba...ck and got me an ever better plea. The guy just doesn’t give up!!! That is over a 100 % effort to me. It is very obvious that Mr. Gonzales pretty much has his specialty covered to the max. He is indeed in the Super lawyer class or as my grandson would say, he should be in the Super-Duper class. And the people at his law office are so nice and really cares about helping you. They really seemed to not judge me by the bad judgement I made. It felt great to know that all these wonderful people were helping me. Its really nice to feel like I got such a bargain for the money I spent. But really, how do you put a price on getting a mistake agreeably fixed and able to move on? Thanks Steve and to all the wonderful people at his law office, especially Kristina King (another amazing lawyer) and Laura.

Two years ago, I had a 20 year old client from Bangladesh who was facing two felony charges in Brazoria Co. and certain deportation if convicted.
