Mr. Gilbert was my divorce attorney.

Mr. Gilbert was my attorney 5 years ago. He is very professional & straight forward with his client. He is able to inform you of what you are up against & what it will all entail. His fees are very reasonable for the type of law he would have to use, either criminal or with family law. I would recomm...end him to anyone who is in need of a good lawyer either for criminal or family.

Divorce representation

Jeff and his staff were amazing in handling my divorce. Him and Rachel guided me through thru the process step by step. They assisted in locating my ex and my children out of state the service process went smoothly and thru there guidance I was awarded primary custody. His team is very understanding ...of finiancial situations they worked with me Tru harder times even after the divorce was finalized. They work with another attorney I use in California in a separate case and they have even followed up months later to see how things have been I woul recommend Jeff to any one needing a good straight up attorney with not just your best interest in my but your children's best interest as well

modification and child support

I was a client of jeffreys and I honestly did not like the way he worked on my case, he did not fight for me instead was busy on Facebook while we were in front of the judge during a hearing, along with his assistant she did not finish my paperwork but did charge me for it, my previous orders stayed ...the same no child support was ordered either and I was in wrong according to them for defending my daughter in my case but the other party did not when I had evidence and he is also not paying child support I think he was very unprofessional in my opinion and I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

The result of the hearing was what you were advised would occur given the evidence. I had worked out more favorable terms than were ordered by the court with opposing counsel, but you would not accept them. The only orders in place are Temporary Orders. I wish you well on Final Orders. I know it is difficult when given advice and counsel that you do not agree with to follow it. If you had accepted the terms we worked out with opposing counsel, your child's father would have begun with supervised rather than unsupervised visitation. You wished to deny your child's father all visitation despite independent evidence to support a court order to do so. You were advised of what the court would order and accepted the fact that the court would go against your wishes. You wanted your day in court and to be heard and were. When the judge gave the anticipated ruling, you were not surprised, just angry. I hope and trust that you will find another attorney to represent you on this matter. Best wishes to you.
