tony ducket is always late unprepared and apparently has no strength in a court room, He botch my divorce terribly. He does'nt even recall details from court date to court date, he simply gave in to everything my bitter x wife wanted, i even have to go to jail for failure to pay child support from 05... and 06 even though were together and did'nt seperated until 08.

Only good with filing paperwork...He has not litigation skills at all and very scared or nervous to speak up in court. Poor listening and retaining skills.. He will just sit back and watch your case go down hill and do nothing to help you. He will not speak up when he should and when he does, he read...s from a script of questions. Very slow to respond and will never take the lead and will avoid conflict at all cost. Out of his league as a attorney and has the nerve to be high priced . SMDH! Very dissatisfied client..

When I think of professionalism, I believe the person should be well rounded! Not just knowledgeable but into the emotional needs of their client. Well, Tony Duckett is the epitome of well rounded professionalism. He assisted me with a criminal case(revoke of prob.) that I was in jeopardy of going ...to prison. But he worked with the D.A. & P.O. to get my probation reinstated & I've completed everything & he handled my termination of probation! So if you're looking for a well rounded atty. who's doesn't cost an arm & leg, he's the attorney to get!! He's worth every penny & more!!!

I was living separated from my spouse for many years, avoiding the headache of finding another attorney since the first attorney I hired took my money and never finalized the divorce. Tony helped to decipher the mess that the first attorney made and finalized everything. He also did it for less mone...y then the first attorney charged.
