tony ducket is always late unprepared and apparently has no strength in a court room, He botch my divorce terribly. He does'nt even recall details from court date to court date, he simply gave in to everything my bitter x wife wanted, i even have to go to jail for failure to pay child support from 05... and 06 even though were together and did'nt seperated until 08.

Only good with filing paperwork...He has not litigation skills at all and very scared or nervous to speak up in court. Poor listening and retaining skills.. He will just sit back and watch your case go down hill and do nothing to help you. He will not speak up when he should and when he does, he read...s from a script of questions. Very slow to respond and will never take the lead and will avoid conflict at all cost. Out of his league as a attorney and has the nerve to be high priced . SMDH! Very dissatisfied client..

Tony is great. I had a criminal case, he helped me from the beginning to the end. The one thing I liked was the payment plan option and his price is reasonable. I was actually referred to him by someone and I would definately recommend him to anyone who needs help. If you want an affordable lawyer, w...ho will actually answer when you call, will be in court when you need, won't give you "fluff" and who knows what he's talking about, you'll call Tony. Enough said.

I found Mr. Duckett to be extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs through the process of my divorce. He provided advice and clear direction as it related to my case and was a comfort to me though out this very difficult ordeal. I would certainly turn to him in the future should I need... any legal advice or direction. I found his legal expertise and knowledge of the law to be nothing less than outstanding.
