No Power in Court! Does not know how to speak up on your behalf! AVOID!
Only good with filing paperwork...He has not litigation skills at all and very scared or nervous to speak up in court. Poor listening and retaining skills.. Replied last July 12, 2017As I recall, this client actually won the case and won custody of the teenage child. As an attorney, we are required to follow the Texas Rules of Professional Responsibility. These rules govern how we conduct ourselves with the Court, opposing counsel and opposing parties. Clients caught up in tumultuous custody cases don't really care about these rules, but attorneys and judges do. In the end, the facts, the relevant evidence, and the law prevailed in favor of this client. Despite the poor rating, I would represent this client in the future.
