Only good with filing paperwork...He has not litigation skills at all and very scared or nervous to speak up in court. Poor listening and retaining skills.. He will just sit back and watch your case go down hill and do nothing to help you. He will not speak up when he should and when he does, he read...s from a script of questions. Very slow to respond and will never take the lead and will avoid conflict at all cost. Out of his league as a attorney and has the nerve to be high priced . SMDH! Very dissatisfied client..

When I think of professionalism, I believe the person should be well rounded! Not just knowledgeable but into the emotional needs of their client. Well, Tony Duckett is the epitome of well rounded professionalism. He assisted me with a criminal case(revoke of prob.) that I was in jeopardy of going ...to prison. But he worked with the D.A. & P.O. to get my probation reinstated & I've completed everything & he handled my termination of probation! So if you're looking for a well rounded atty. who's doesn't cost an arm & leg, he's the attorney to get!! He's worth every penny & more!!!

Tony is great. I had a criminal case, he helped me from the beginning to the end. The one thing I liked was the payment plan option and his price is reasonable. I was actually referred to him by someone and I would definately recommend him to anyone who needs help. If you want an affordable lawyer, w...ho will actually answer when you call, will be in court when you need, won't give you "fluff" and who knows what he's talking about, you'll call Tony. Enough said.

Tony is an amazing attorney, he helped me with my child custody case. He even allowed me to make payments with him; which was a big help for me. Before talking to Mr. Tony I spoke with three other lawyer, which wanted some outrageous prices. They wanted me to pay 80% of my bill, before they even beg...an to work on my case. Thanks to Tony I now have my daughter in my life, and enjoy every moment of it. I will difinitely use Mr. Tony again, and will recommend him to others.
