I have resided in the Houston area for over 30 years, and am familiar with most of the Justice Court judges throughout both Harris County & Fort Bend County. You can easily trip yourself up in Landlord/Tenant Court or Eviction Court without having someone with the necessaryknowledge and familiarity handling your case. Knowing the local rules of each Court is essential to success with your case.
I have been practicing law for over 30 years, and have a wealth of experience in general civil litigation matters including Eviction cases, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Probate Court, and in the preparation of Wills. I offer an all inclusive Will Package for Clients which consists of your Will, your Medical Power of Attorney, your Statutory Durable Power of Attorney & your Directive to Physicians for one flat fee rate. I represent my Clients through the Probate process and take particular attention to swiftly moving the probate through the Court system to see your Letters Testamentary are issued as quickly as possible. I also have represented hundreds of both Landlords and Tenants in both residential & commercial lease agreements, lease disputes, repair and remedy cases, and Eviction cases. Again, my job is making sure your rights are protected and that your issues are resolved as soon as possible. I also assist clients in preparing for small claims actions who wish to proceed pro bono, as well as representing those in small claims matters who feel representation is necessary.
I now offer a 15 minutes free consultation by either phone or Zoom to provide a quick case analysis of your situation, and whether legal action will be necessary, or resolution of the matter may be achieved with sound legal advice. Not everyone can identify whether their situation requires attorney involvement. You can now have peace of mind, guidance, support and relief about your situation after either an in person, telephone, or teleconferencing consultation to better understand how the law affects you, what rights you have under Texas law, and how to further proceed with the matter.
