I WAS WRONGLY ARRESTED , 2ND DEGREE FELONY AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH BODILY HARM/DEADLY WEAPON.I WAS ATTACKED FIRST BY A GROUP OF MEN ,BUT I WAS THE ONLY ONE CHARGED IN THE ASSAULT.THE POLICE BOTCHED THE INVESTIGATION, BELEIVING THEIR SIDE OF EVENTS OVER MINE. THE STATE COULDN'T DISPUTE THE FACTS OF THE STATES CASE AND DISMISSED THE CASE. He is a very knowledgeable attorney who was very comfortable with handling my case and in the court setting. I was charged with a DWI in Galveston County and hired the Tad Nelson team to handle my case. Brandon was the attorney that I had the most contact with and who appeared at most of my court set...tings.
