I would give him 10 stars if I could...

Never in a million years did I think I would ever need to hire a Defense Attorney, or be in trouble with the law in the first place. To make matters worse - my career involves a license to practice, and with strict criminal history regulations; I seriously thought my life was over. After calling arou...nd and speaking to a few attorneys, my conversation with Brandon Sims stood out from the rest. He could tell I was shaken up about the whole thing, and offered to meet me at his office after hours. Brandon took his time thoroughly explaining the steps ahead. He was very good at setting realistic expectations, while also making me feel confident enough that things will be okay. Through the process, it became obvious to me that Brandon is highly respected in the Fort Bend County Court system. His game plan worked perfectly, and everything was DISMISSED. Not only that, but Brandon was also able to have my record EXPUNGED. An enormous weight has been lifted off my shoulders, knowing I can now put all of this behind me like it never happened. Tough lesson to learn, but so grateful that I had Brandon to fight for my future.

Spectacular Experience

Attorney Sims took the time out of busy schedule to work with me. I thought my life was over. He assured me that he would work in my best interest. Although he has worked with other cases that were probably more of a priority than my case he never made me feel like I was just a number and I really ap...preciate at it. I never looked at the cost of his services. I looked at him being available and sincere about my professional career that was jeopardized. Attorney Sims made my day when he he told me that I had been vindicated. I tried not to show my emotions but when I got my my car I have my savior the Glory... Thank you so much and I recommend your services to all walks of life..

Review of daniel broussards case

I want to thank Mr. Sims for his service to me in representing my son in a serious felony charge. Brandon clearly explained to us the serious nature of his case. He explained the prosecutions position and responsibilities. He also gave us the point of view of the judge and was familiar with the cour...ts workings and i believe that was important in my sons defense. Brandon stayed in touch with me and showed a personal interest in my sons case. He took the evidence we provided him and presented it to the prosecution and was able to get a favorable outcome and earlier release than expected. I believe he was proactive in getting my son home and am very thankful for his work. //// Randall

From beginning to end, Brandon always had my best interest at hand

Accordingly, John Locke said it best in the Two Treatises of Government, “Although we live in a law of nature, some individuals will end up violating our life, liberty, and estate because we make bad judges in our own cases.” Whatever wrong’s that are committed to us, or by us will always be viewed o...bjectively or dispassionately because we will favor ourselves. Thus, it is imperative that we always check the power that we as a society have delegated towards a more powerful sovereign by excising our right to protect and preserve our life, liberty, and estate. Becoming enveloped within the criminal justice system is an overwhelming and cumbersome experience. It is imperative that one acquire an attorney that knows how to delegate as well as listen to their clients needs or concerns. I can not speak for every experience within the Criminal Justice system, I merely offer my personal experience from the time I was arrested and charged with felonious assault on a family member by impeding breathing, up to the resolution of my case at trial. Looking back, I recall moments after I was bonded out and was told I’d need an attorney. I felt as though it was going to be a hectic, and stressful experience given the size of Houston, and the long list of potential criminal defense lawyers at my disposal. At the time, I was not looking for promises or affirmations. I merely wanted a guide as to what was going on, and what was going to happen. I searched cautiously online and came upon Brandon’s site and read his reviews, which ended up aiding my decision to contact him. He did not answer initially; however he called back promptly and even sent me an email, and text message. I didn’t feel like I was being hounded at all, I felt more welcomed given that he just wanted to talk about what was going on and wanted to know how I was doing due to the fact that I had just gotten out of jail a few hours prior. Other attorneys that I tried to contact ended up getting back to me hours, if not days later. Brandon got back to me within the hour and throughout the entire process he has never been out of reach, or contact with any questions or concerns that he or I had. At our consultation I felt welcomed and secure. There were uncertainties of course; however, all my questions and concerns were more than adequately answered in a manner that made sense. After I stated all the facts which were known to me at the time Brandon iterated that my case was more than likely going to end up at trial because the prosecutor may not want offer an acceptable plea in my matter. He was right! After months and months of court appearances and trying to get a suitable plea from the prosecutor we decided that the case would have to proceed to a jury trial. The prosecutor in my case had no physical evidence, but merely had the testimony of two HPD officers, which she felt was more than good enough to acquire a conviction against me. As I stated to Brandon from the first time I met him, I did not recall the events well because I was intoxicated at the time of my arrest. Despite that he maintained my innocence and fought vigorously throughout the entire process. At trial the state presented their case well and though it was a battle throughout; Brandon, with such composure, elegance and knowledge, substantiated my innocence in a manner that was coherent and eloquent to the jury. He contested each and every accusation that he could. Both the state and the cops reassured the jury that because of the nature of law in our society, a cops testimony should be good enough given any circumstance. However, Brandon quickly reassured the court and myself that when an individuals life, and liberty are at stake, the sole testimony of individual, without evidence regardless of rank within society is never “good enough.” Conclusively, I was found not guilty and I thank Brandon and his wife for doing the due diligence the state did not do with my case. All my best, thank you Brandon!

Amazing!

My 18 year old daughter was on probation for possesion of marijuana and was arrested again for a second possesion. Her probation was revoked and she was facing another case. After being bailed out on the second charge she completed 21 days in Re-hab. She had a court appointed attorney however, he wou...ldn't even bother to speak to us. We attend her court date where the attorney did NOTHING for her, we were told she was going to have to do a minimum 6 mos. in jail. I fired that attorney and went online to find an attorney that was going to fight for my daughter. She was clean and sober, had a job, moved to San Anonio with her sister and her husband and 5 kids so I was willing to help her fight this since she had turned her life around. I had found Brandon Sims online and made an appointment. My daughter and I met with him, he spent over 2 hours going step by step in detail. He also saw that she should be given a second chance and wanted to fight for her. He let us know what the plan of action was, we did our part and he did his, keeping us informed the entire time. We went to court about 3 weeks later....Brandon Sims went in front of the judge to plead her case, he was amazing! He was not only able to get her probation reinstated and moved to San Antonio , he aslo got the second charge dismissed! Thanks to his expertise my daughter is moving on with her future and will start college in the fall! If you want a attorney that is well educated, trust-worthy and is willing to fight... I highly recommend Mr. Brandon Sims!
