We are committed to outworking the prosecution by thoroughly investigating the facts of the case from its inception.
This means we immediately begin to conduct our own thorough investigation of your case by issuing subpoenas for relevant records, videos, audio tapes, etc. and contacting witnesses that may be able to aid us in your defense. We will conduct legal research regarding all relevant matters that have arisen or may arise in your pending criminal matter.
Upon determination of all the relevant facts in your case, we will provide an objective analysis of your criminal case and make a recommendation as to the best course of action.
No matter what course of action you elect to take, we will passionately defend you against the pending criminal charges until the conclusion of the case.
Our law firm recognizes that there is no greater responsibility than representing an individual whose freedom is hanging in the balance. We do not take this lightly.
