Brandon S. Sims

I hired Brandon Sims to assist my niece who was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Brandon went the extra mile and did a lot of research and investigation. He met with her in Jail and explained the options she had. She was arrested in another county and was able to get time served in ...that jail counted against her charge. Brandon spent one whole half day in court, negotiating with the District Attorney, as it appeared that the DA respected the information that was provided. He was back and forth with her and the DA until an agreement was reached. The end result was better than we had hoped for, as she was facing 6-24 months in a state jail facility, but received a 90 day sentence. I would highly recommend Brandon for any case in Ft. Bend County.
