Upon First Meeting Mrs.Smith I Had Two Court Appointed Lawyers. So Believe Me When I Tell You The Quality In Her Work Was Amazing. She Was Very Easy To Talk To And She Got To Work On My Case Immediately. She Was Always Available If I Had Any Questions And She Talked Me Through Every Step She Was Taki...ng. I Had A Aggravated Assault Case With A Deadly Weapon And It Is Now DISMISSED. I Was Fighting This Case For Almost Two Years Before Hiring Mrs Smith. Ms. Smith was the absolute best. After going almost 6 months with little to no information about my case being available, having multiple settings reset and after contacting several different attorneys (all of whom told me there was nothing they could do to help) I received an absolute blessing in th...e form of a stranger. After explaining my predicament to this stranger, he referred me to his Ms. Smith and I sent her a text right away. At 11:30 at night. I was surprised when she responded quickly and offered to give me a call back in the morning. The next morning we spoke over the phone and I explained my situation to her and how my efforts to find a resolution to my case were at a stand still. Ms Smith assured me that she would look into my case and bring me the most information she could. And she did absolutely that. She called the next day with more information than any of the other attorneys I had consulted and anyone that I had spoke to at any of the Harris County court houses and clerk offices. We scheduled an in person consultation and I was in her office the next week. Everything Ms. Smith did with my case was swift. At the consultation she explained the various outcomes of my case and how payment would proceed in each scenario. After agreeing upon the terms of representation, Ms. Smith explained that once I returned with payment and officially hired her to represent me, that she could begin work on my case. Great I thought. Finally I can feel optimistic. But things never go as planned right. Two days later I found out my car needed a repair that was $1300. That meant I would have to wait two more weeks until I could afford to retain Ms. Smith. It was disheartening but I had to have my car so that I could get to work so I had to do it. Fast forward about 12 days later and I get a call from Ms. Smith. I immediately begin explaining why I haven’t been by her office to complete my payment and retain her services. She stops me mid explanation and simply says, “this is the best day of your year, I got your charges dismissed.” I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. She had to repeat herself about three times. I hadn’t been able to retain her services yet but she had already reached out to the DA and got my case dismissed. If that’s not a boss move I don’t know what is. Ms. Smith is an absolute God send. I don’t plan on needing her assistance in any future criminal defense situations, but if I encounter anyone in need, I absolutely recommend and will refer them to her.

Pheobe Smith is a is very dedicated lawyer, who shows compassion for her clients. She does this while also expecting them to do their part in helping her with details of the case. From the beginning, she worked to find full information and methods of assisting my daughter with her legal issue. Phe...obe was always polite, kind, and "on top of" all of the court dates and appearances. She was very easy to work with, and showed knowledge of, and dedication to, her profession, as well as to my daughter's particular case. In the end, she was able to get the case dismissed, which removed a huge weight of worry from both my daughter and myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs the help of an excellent lawyer.
