When we hired Mrs. Nieves back in 2017, she was very helpful and specific with the process and steps that my husband and I would have to take in order for him to be able to obtain his residency card. Through each step, Mrs. Nieves would walk us through what to do and what documents to collect. She wa...s very honest and realistic as to how much time we would have to wait for each of the steps and we really appreciated that. Even when we were losing patience, she was very comforting and explained the process to us and why it was taking so long. Finally, even when my husband was waiting in Ciudad Juarez, Mrs. Lawrence and her associates called me and walked us through every step of the way. Ms.Lawrence, was extremely professional and helpful since the first time my husband and I consulted with her. She was very direct in how the process was going to go about.
