When we hired Mrs. Nieves back in 2017, she was very helpful and specific with the process and steps that my husband and I would have to take in order for him to be able to obtain his residency card. Through each step, Mrs. Nieves would walk us through what to do and what documents to collect. She wa...s very honest and realistic as to how much time we would have to wait for each of the steps and we really appreciated that. Even when we were losing patience, she was very comforting and explained the process to us and why it was taking so long. Finally, even when my husband was waiting in Ciudad Juarez, Mrs. Lawrence and her associates called me and walked us through every step of the way. Ms.Lawrence, was extremely professional and helpful since the first time my husband and I consulted with her. She was very direct in how the process was going to go about. We being the immigration process with Ms. Nieves in 2012, we paid the attorney fees in full. In the beginning of 2013 Nieves process the waiver and mail it out in 2 weeks. Knowing the waiver is critical documents Nieves and her staff did not put enough effort in to the waiver. Four months later we ...received a denial letter for not enough hardship. After reviewing the information with her the only suggestion she gave us was to give her a couple of months to see what she could do. We never received a phone call from her we would call and she was always too busy to take our call. We decided to get a 2nd opinion. We went to see a different attorney we provide him with a copy of the waiver she submitted with was NOTHING. The new attorney help us filled another waiver it took him 6 month to process the waiver with ENOUGH proof and hardship after mail out in 3 month we received an approved and interview. Now my husband has received his resident card.

Ms. Lawrence told me what to provide (and how to get it) for every step of my residency, the expected waiting times and the fees. I called around for rates and her's were the best in the galleria area. I was nervous for the interview but she made it a breeze. I had a list of potential questions t...o read through. Once there the officer obviously had a lot of respect for her and the questions that were asked of my wife and I were much easier than what we were expecting. I was prompt with Ms Lawrence in providing documentation and I got my green card much faster than I expected at good price. I have had my green card for 2 years and she called me a few months ago to get my conditions removed. Next year she will help me become a citizen.
