After searching for a long time for a good attorney that was willing to take a very difficult immigration case, I found and met Mrs. Garza from Garza & Associates, Attorneys at Law. Mrs. Garza was very honest and warned me about our difficult case but was willing to help us with my brother who was a...t risk of being deported. Mrs. Garza assigned Attorney Zuniga to our case, Mrs. Zuniga had excellent communication skills. She immeditaely became part of our family, we felt blessed to have her as our attorney and my family of 11 felt hope that by brother was going to be given an opportunity to stay in the US. I hired Ms. Garza to represent me in removal proceedings. I hired her the end of March and just yesterday, June 2, I received my grant and will be able to stay in the United States with my wife and six U.S. citizen children. She was always honest and truthful about what the results in my case would... be. Her personnel was always available to answer all of my questions and those of my wife. I feel satisfied because of the good work she did in my case. I recommend her to others because due to her legal efforts, I re-gained my legal permanent resident status.

Garza and Associates helped to file and get my husband's permanent residence. Having never been through this process before it was very intimidating and I didn't know where to go or who to trust. I can honestly say that Martha and Alfredo made us feel very at-ease and took what was a confusing and in...timidating process and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The immigration system does seem that it can move at a snail's pace and it was reassuring to have someone who was looking out for us and keeping on top of everything every step of the way. In the end start to finish the process took about one year but it was well worth having someone who knew how to navigate the system take care of all of the details. They would even take it upon themselves to follow-up with us to make sure that we received letters from UCIS regarding the process and next steps. I know that it is hard to find people who you feel like you can trust and I am not a very trusting person myself to begin with but I can honestly say that nothing about this firm caused me to question their commitment to us the client.

Mrs. Garza has been very informative/knowledgeable with each application we have had to file. I also appreciate her staff and how much they have helped us with-paperwork, questions etc. I went in there with lots of questions and being nervous, she answered every one of them without going around the q...uestion and when we left felt at ease that everything would go smoothly as it has. Due to me and my husbands work schedule her walk-ins on Saturdays works great for us, plus we drive a bit over an hour- becuase we didn't have trust in anyone else to handle our case!
