I went to see Martha Garza for the first time with my Mother; I made an appointment, paid a consultation fee ($100), waited for almost two hours after my appointment time, and she pretty much kicked us out of her office in 2 minutes, because it was her lunch time and didn’t have time to see us. Very ...rude, walked out of her office took a phone call, made lunch plans with somebody, and told us she needed to leave. I will definitely don’t take my mom’s case to her nor recommend her to any of my friends. Horrible customer service by the owner!!!

We hired Mrs Garza for my brothers case who was with ICE and in removal proceedings back in March. She took the time to look at all his information and gave us hope in winning the case. She told us it might be a few months for the process and what the full amount she would charge. She handed down the... case to one of her excellent lawyer (retired judge) Bertha Zuniga who took over the case while Mrs Garza was always up to date with what was going on. We finally won the case and all our family is happily together again! I would recommend her to anyone anytime!
