Martha Elva Garza

I went to see Martha Garza for the first time with my Mother; I made an appointment, paid a consultation fee ($100), waited for almost two hours after my appointment time, and she pretty much kicked us out of her office in 2 minutes, because it was her lunch time and didn’t have time to see us. Very ...rude, walked out of her office took a phone call, made lunch plans with somebody, and told us she needed to leave. I will definitely don’t take my mom’s case to her nor recommend her to any of my friends. Horrible customer service by the owner!!!

Garza and Associates helped to file and get my husband's permanent residence. Having never been through this process before it was very intimidating and I didn't know where to go or who to trust. I can honestly say that Martha and Alfredo made us feel very at-ease and took what was a confusing and in...timidating process and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The immigration system does seem that it can move at a snail's pace and it was reassuring to have someone who was looking out for us and keeping on top of everything every step of the way. In the end start to finish the process took about one year but it was well worth having someone who knew how to navigate the system take care of all of the details. They would even take it upon themselves to follow-up with us to make sure that we received letters from UCIS regarding the process and next steps. I know that it is hard to find people who you feel like you can trust and I am not a very trusting person myself to begin with but I can honestly say that nothing about this firm caused me to question their commitment to us the client.

INS said I had an old deportation case that I didn't know about because I never got a letter to go to court. I had many questions, and Ms. Garza took the time to answer every one of them. Ms. Garza was able to reopen my case in Immigration Court and successfully apply for my green card through my ...wife. She really cared about my case, and kept me updated every step of the way. She was always available to talk to me. I plan to hire her again when I become a citizen.
