If Jeremy Finch is on the other side you have a great case! But if he is representing you better cut bait and take your loss. Did not do justice for me. He's all about the money you ask for help and he says you're bothering him to quit bothering or he'll drop you.. having never been through a divorce... you would think he would help you out but tell me to be my best interest to keep paying all the bills child support even though that wasn't finalized on and do the right thing. When the divorce was finalized thinking he'd stay in my corner you pretty much said I didn't have a leg to stand on and then I agreed to everything I shoulda known better, like I said never been through divorce before. So my opinion piece of crap you're better off giving your spouse your checkbook and in my case your kids your house your boat your four-wheeler your dog all your clothes and all the debt

I would like to let the whole world know that you don't want to hire this Clown! This man claimed he was a Divorce Attorney as well as I guess Criminal. The way I was represented................. He is a Criminal! He does not give two loads of crap about you except for your $$$$. FACT!!! I was lied ...to and ignored my entire year I had to deal with this WANNABE. I say had to deal with, because I gave him all my $ and couldn't afford to hire a real Divorce attorney after I figured out he was absolutely the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. I'm very Bitter over how he handled me and my case! This guy who I trusted to be on my side as my REPRESENTATION did nothing, but screw me. FOR EXAMPLES... never call you back nor would he answer emails. To this day he still hasn't returned my emails about what he promised me in my mediation. I gave this man the right to sign my name for disclosed things for my divorce. Me this wannabe attorney, the mediator, and the other Party were settled on the mediation. Guess what?? I was lied to and abandoned by this man and never received one thing we mediated on except for another $1100.00 BILL on top of the $3500.00 retainer fee. I still have no idea about my case. I thought mediation and giving your Attorney the right to sign paperwork was what you did when you come to an agreement? It has been over a month and I still have no Justification or returned phone call or email from him. I SPOKE NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH SO HELP ME GOD ABOUT THIS ATTORNEY!

Jeremy picked up the pieces after another attorney grossly failed to do their job. Jeremy returns calls and emails in a timely manner, which is rare in our experience with lawyers. Jeremy gave my husband and I a piece of mind during this very stressful situations. He honestly fights for you. He turne...d a situation that was doomed due to the other attorney we originally hired into more than we could of hoped for. It was a child custody battle. My friend recommended Jeremy to us after using him in her child custody battle and we are beyond great full that she did. I highly recommend Jeremy.

Straight forward Defense from a lying, cheating, bribing Complaintant. Had written proof that would have exonerated me had it been produced. Complaintant obtained a false charge based on no actual written proof of any kind. Merely that person's word against mine. No investigation done at all on t...he part of the DA. Never kept me informed when a court date that I was told and had documentation of that had been reset, but never actually got reset. Did not inform me of important documents the DA filed until the day of the supposed hearing date, when he actually received it a week prior. I was not there due to having the documented Court Reset date.
