Replied last August 20, 2013All three of the negative reviews on my profile are written from the same previous client concerning the same case. All three negative reviews contain wholly inaccurate information. The client was constantly informed of court dates, signed each and every reset form, and ultimately did not appear for a court date, which resulted in her arrest. Furthermore, at this same court appearance where she failed to appear, the DA presented compelling evidence to the Court that the client had continued to contact the complainant in her case, in violation of a no-contact order issued by the judge. I presented every piece of evidence the client provided to me to the State in an attempt to discredit the complainant, and, had the client actually appeared in court and followed my advice, there likely would have been a favorable resolution to this case. I advised her fully on all of the ramifications of her actions, what I had done concerning her case, what the DA was telling me concerning the case, and I certainly informed her of all of her court dates. Her review of my performance as her attorney on this website is totally false, and I have requested AVVO to remove this review, or at least remove two of the three reviews that pertain to the same case.
