Chris and Bill did a good job handling my case. I was nervous from the jump because Bill seemed to not be as familiar with DWI law that I had hoped and I did some research on my own to try and find ways to navigate my case. But, Bill did a good job representing me as he was familiar with Judge Hamilt...on as well as the prosecutor. Felony DWI brought down to misdemeanor A (DWI 2nd) in the midst of the coronavirus mayhem. The only criticism I have is that his staff did not do a particularly amazing job of keeping me in the loop. I had to call and get updates myself and push them to work on my license issues. Maybe too much work load? My prior attorney handled the paperwork and mailed off anything needed for the occupational license and putting the license suspension as a priority. Chris’ office requires the client to be a little more hands-on, which I didn’t mind doing. I should follow this with Chris himself is extremely prompt in responding to emails and communication. I hope the rest of the office becomes more pro-active in the future. Clients like myself are filled with anxiety and a phone call or update every now and then does wonders on the nerves.

We hired Mr. Allen to help us with a case that involved our special needs child in a school related incident. He was very helpful and gave me advise over the phone prior to hiring him. We hired him few days later and as soon as we gave him the supporting information he requested, he meet with the p...rosecutor the same day to go through it. Then that afternoon he let us known that the prosecutor decided to drop the case. We were very pleased with his quick response and results. He even took the time to answer more questions I had after it was over. We are so grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone.

People joke about the questionable morals and shady character of lawyers constantly. Most times, they may be right. However, in the case of Chris Allen, it could not be further from the truth. I would like to begin by saying thank you to Mr. Allen and Mr. Patillo and their staff for all the hard work and effort they put into the case they where working on for my family member. When I was searching for a lawyer I did my reviews and choose them. Not knowing anything about them except for the... reviews I read. I didn't know what to expect.
