Parents this is the lawyer you want.

Jan Fry helped our young person in a way that really made a difference in his life. She believed in him and brought out the best in him. She goes the extra mile and really cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to parents. She is fair and has reasonable costs.

Fully Probated Suspension issued in TX, 1996

updated on 09/21/2021

Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.

Jan’s comment:

“This was NOT a complaint from a client.”

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 1996
Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
