After I was arrested and taken to jail she came and seen me about 2 days later, and we talked about the case, I was charged with 25kgs. of narcotics my bail was over 4 million dollars she told me that they arrested me without probable cause and basically jumped the gun on the arrest, and that we coul...d beat it on a motion to suppress, she never once changed her story on the way that she thought that she could beat the case, she always told me that she felt good about the case. After about the 3rd time going to court they offered me 25 years mind you this was my first time ever being arrested so this was a big shock to a person who has never gone to jail, she told me that she still felt good about the case and that it would take some time because it was a big case. So fast forward thru more resets about 10 months we get to the suppression hearing and she does her stuff her magic, pulls some very good cases for my case. The judge told us that we would hear the decision the next day, so I go back the next day, and Jan is smiling from ear to ear that's when I new that we won, and when the judge said it, it was a big sigh of relief. I was out that night to see my knew born, I thank God for Jan L. Fry. and her knowledge of the law and her ability to delivery it. She is a seasoned and determined lawyer, I would recommend her to my children. And she is very affordable, she actually cares, and she loves winning!!!!! Go Jan............ This attorney was amazing! She worked miracles with my case and gave me a much better experience than I had with past attorneys. Attorneys are always tardy to the courtroom given that they have several different clients, but she always came and always prepared me for whatever was to occur on my cour...t date. She always returned my calls in a timely manner so that I was not left to stress about the many different unknowns within my case. She was encouraging and definitely made me comfortable and aware so that I never had to deal with the unexpected. I feel as though she went above and beyond for the amount I paid her. I could not have hoped for or gotten a better deal with anyone else. If I sound like I am just raving about her performance it's because I am. I never leave reviews on anything or for anyone because I don't have the time, but this attorney impressed me which is why I decided to take the time.

Poor performance throughout my case. Doesn't remember details of of my case from one court setting to the next. Always show up late to my court settings. Sometimes an hour or more. If you are a defendant, you'd be real nervous when your lawyer shows up late. Doesn't return calls promptly! Not expens...ive with her fees, but you get what you pay for. My advise; find an lawyer who is more attentive to your defense. .
