Over the past few years, Ned Gill has helped me and my family with a number of legal issues from wills/estate planning, reviewing contracts, and with a personal litigation matter involving a car accident. I first hired Ned to assist us with probate on my father's will. My father's wife was challenging. When we were finally granted a date to get personal items out of my father's home, Ned assisted us. He was there as directed by the court. However, he helped us dig through boxes and pack items. He... is a very caring person. He is always quick to respond to issues and on top of the case. We have since had tenant issues and contractor issue. He is representing us on those cases.

I consulted with 4 attorneys before I selected Ned. I knew the minute I sat down with him and discussed my situation he was the right choice. He helped me with what I thought would be a very difficult divorce case. My biggest concern was getting full custody of my 5 year old son. I have always heard ...how hard it is for a father to get custody of the child, but Ned made it happen for me. The entire process happened just like he said it would in our initial consultation. He was also very informative, kept in the loop throughout the whole process, and was very accessible. The few times I did not reach him when I called, he was very prompt in getting back to me.
