I've never had to hire or use a lawyer and I'm not a kid- so I guess I'm extremely lucky or God was helping me find my first one and Mr Gill is without a doubt - the best. I actually used my health insurance information page to find a lawyer. From the moment I picked up the phone to inquire to the l...ast day in the courthouse- I was completely taken care of and felt 1000 times better considering the situation. Even though it seemed like all the odds were stacked against me. I don't have much, but I won most of it- the house, cars, kids,much of the assets (and I just wanted my children), and many other possessions... Ned also must moonlight as a therapist, because I felt like I had one and I needed one for sure. Helped me to get a grip during the whole process.He also saved me money where he could- what lawyer does that! He made the other side look like novices. I hired Ned to represent me in a class "A" misdemeanor charge in the court of Harris County Texas back in April of 2016. The case was dismissed after 4 months, I did not go to jail but did have to pay restitution, but it was not cheap in the sense of how much stress and money it cost. The alternati...ve of finding a cheaper lawyer was out there and I could have easily hired one of them but did I really want to put my freedom in jeopardy just to save a few bucks? No way! Spend the extra $$ for peats sake, Ned has been practicing law for over 24 yrs. , and knows exactly what he's doing. I must say also to be patient, don't expect a lot of dialog as this is a very serious business and just because you don't hear from Ned or get the answers you want to hear doesn't mean he's not paying attention to your case. It's the law people! We that don't have experience with it can get very, very frustrated by how it works, and or our lack of understanding as to just what the heck is happening? Above all, trust him, or go cheap and go to jail.......that's how I looked at it right from the start all the way to the end of the case.

I consulted with 4 attorneys before I selected Ned. I knew the minute I sat down with him and discussed my situation he was the right choice. He helped me with what I thought would be a very difficult divorce case. My biggest concern was getting full custody of my 5 year old son. I have always heard ...how hard it is for a father to get custody of the child, but Ned made it happen for me. The entire process happened just like he said it would in our initial consultation. Instead of going to court, Ned was able to convince the other side to go to mediation. During medi...ation, Ned handled the negotiations with finesse and was able to close a good deal without expending unnecessary legal fees. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Ned to anyone wanting a straight shooting, fact based Lawyer that will be a solid advocate.

y years ago, I had to pay this man to represent me in court. Not only did he not return a single phone call during my ordeal, he also waited until the day before or the day of my proceedings to tell me anything at all. He was brash, he was arrogant and he lost my case. He literally did nothing for me... over the course of over a year regarding my proceedings, and not a SINGLE call that I placed to his office was returned by so much as a secretary, let alone a paralegal or an actual attorney.
