When my granddaughter needed a Divorce Lawyer for a divorce from a man she had not been married to long, but otherwise too miserably long, with children involved, to say it was a mess, and that her reasons for wanting and needing the divorce were such that she didn't know where to begin, is an unders...tatement. Wanting me to find a lawyer for her, I had spent days calling and talking to one lawyer after another, and each time, for one reason or another, not feeling comfortable with any of them. And, after my granddaughter came home from meeting Stacy for a consult, the huge smile of relief, like a huge burden had been lifted, and she had a feeling of confidence, I was not surprised. Stacy Ly was the attorney I hired to prepare my Will and Medical Power of Attorney documents. She explained in detail the importance of each document and what was required of me in order to make my wishes known regarding my Assets and Health decisions. This process was straight forward and took one o...ffice visit to complete. Stacy previously assisted my family with a Family case and I was very pleased with her results and professionalism in that legal case that I decided to seek her services for my personal needs. I was present during the court hearings for that Family case therefore I feel entitled to report my observations. Stacy always appeared ready and eager to get her point across with respect and always made herself available to answer our questions quickly and provide us with updates regarding the case. I would hire Stacy Ly again without a doubt.

I used this lawyer unfortunately. I lost my case and kids due to her not being on time and sending assistants with no information on my case. She stood right by me while I was sent to jail with no support or argument and she only came to see me 1 time in 3 months I was released on July 11th and on ...July 15th she is informing me that she is at the judges office to see the judge to request early release for me? She did nothing I paid her for. My opinion is this lawyer should not work for families as she is incompetent and does not have any legal knowledge, communication, compassion or respect for her clients to know I was released. Beware you will loose everything!
