I hired him to help with probate after my husband’s death. It’s been almost two years and I still don’t have my letters finalized . One excuse after another. I’ve had to message him over and over , he ignores messages . Then finally responds with another excuse and disappears again . So unprofession...al and disorganized . This is the first time I have ever written a. Negative review but nobody should have to deal with this kind of service .

Things had been very trying and I was so overwhelmed and frustrated. I was connected with Rubin and things started to look up. He was very helpful and honest. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. Every time I reached out to him with a question or concern he replied promptly. In m...y personal opinion, he's a great attorney. If I ever need another attorney I'm going with Rubin.

Mr. Rubin did not act in my best interests regarding my case. I had a difficult time reaching him. He is unorganized and does not have the office staff to fully support him. He didn't work my case the way I wanted and instead took too long to finalize my case. I ended up going with another attorn...ey who finished it much quicker.
