Poor service
Mr. Rubin did not act in my best interests regarding my case. I had a difficult time reaching him. He is unorganized and does not have the office staff to fully support him. He didn't work my case the way I wanted and instead took too long to finalize my case. I ended up going with another attorn...

Replied last March 02, 2013I have never acted against my own client! Never would! I am not sure what that complaint is actually about. However, it is true that I did go through a period of time when I was short handed in staffing, which contributed to delays in bringing about closure. I have addressed that need and I am proud to provide full, timely and competent services at this time.
