I cannot thank Lisa enough for all she did for me. I am a young father and she got me custody of my 2 year old daughter who was not in the best environment with her mother. I truly got to see Lisa perform under pressure because she was in another court in person and doing our hearing via zoom. The... other judge was demanding she come into that court and she handled herself so well with our judge and was back and forth and did not miss a beat. She was a master at questioning and cross examining the mother and showing how her actions were hurting our daughter. Lisa was great with her questions and her staff prepared me and my evidence. I felt confident and ready for the hearing. She is direct and to the point, so do not take offense. She truly cares for her clients. I just cannot thank Ms. Lisa enough for going above and beyond to help me keep my baby while we fight in court. I am a father of a 4 month old baby and had to take her to protect her. Her mom filed to force the court to make me give the baby back. Lisa drove 3 hours one way to come to court with m...e. She interviewed all my witnesses and designed a winning legal strategy. She defeated baby mom so fast, I didn’t even realize it was over. It was amazing! An hour after court CPS called me based on mom filling false report and the investigator threatened me to take the baby. I called Lisa’s office and she called me right back. She then called the investigator and took care of that. I saw the few negative reviews and I can tell you to ignore them, all of the positive reviews is what I have experienced. She is direct and to the point and some people can take that the wrong way. But ask yourself what kind of attorney do you want fighting for you in court…a puppy or a pitbull. I want the pitbull. I cannot say enough about Lisa and what an excellent attorney she is. She is a warrior and I have full faith in her and her team. My case is not over but I know I have the best chance of the outcome I want with Lisa by my side in a court system where woman are favored no less! I cannot thank you enough Lisa! I would give you 100 stars if I could!

What an amazing woman! She's straight forward and straight to business! An attorney whos heart, mind, and soul are in this for the children and children only, who was able to push papers in such little time! She brought my baby girl home to me and her family just in time for Christmas and the holiday...s! In mediation I can honestly say that she covered more than I was even prepared to! I knew the odds were against me when I was looking to hire an attorney for Grand Parents rights in Texas. Mrs. Lisa laid out the law and told me she’d fight for my Grandbabies. My daughter being a Victim of DV failed to realize just because your babies are not physically harmed does not mean they are... not victims especially When you stay in the relationship. Mrs. Lisa fought tooth and nail for me to get Primary Joint Managing Conservativeship over my Grandbabies and WE WON! Legal Warrior. those are the two words I would use to describe Lisa Okoh-Brown. I cannot thank her enough for getting me my son after a few years of him being kept from me by his dad and dad's family. We went into court in Parker county and his grandma lied and said she didn't know where he was. ...3 weeks later CPS in another state had my child and he had been abused by dad. Lisa got involved and worked with the D.A. and CPS in another state to help them understand Texas law and to not do anything to hurt our case in TX. She was not hired to do this but she really cares about her clients and won't leave you hanging. She then filed a petition back in Texas court which allowed the other state to close out their case. We showed up last week and now I have sole custody and dad is barred from all access. She was tireless in her efforts. She is super responsive. Most law firms you only deal with the paralegals but not here. You pay for an attorney you get an attorney. Just understand she is a straight shooter and is going to tell you what you need to hear. Sometimes you may not like it but just know she is working for your good and will fight for you and your children until the end. If you just trust her and do what she says, you are going to get the results you want. I wish I could give her 100 stars! She deserves it! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Lisa!!
