She's an amazing lawyer.
Honestly y'all...this lawyer is amazing. Ms Okoh is willing to do the nitty gritty and the dirty and fight for you until the end. She fights with ferocity and determination and is willing to find every edge she can get you in your case. She is NOT a miracle worker as you shouldn't expect from any law...

Having a easy case and Everything went wrong..
Everything i wanted to know about my case,,she said,,,everything is easy,,and i have to consult to the internet when i wanted to know about my cuestions,,everything went wrong...after the interwiew im still waitting for the green card, im understand that its not her fault,, i have to move my case wit...
As I stated, I would post a follow up when her case is approved. It was approved yesterday. I know what I am doing and people just need to learn to be patient with uscis, we cannot force them to decide cases in the time we want them too. I did my job properly and an approved case was the result. I rest MY case!

DO NOT HIRE
This was when Lisa worked for Angela Brown's firm. Angela Brown was the one who did my consult and was excellent at her consultation. She offered a free consultation and made me feel like she would handle my case effectively. She was who I hired, or thought I hired, but Unfortunately, she was never ...
I know exactly who this person is, of course they want to hide behind an anonymous post and the fact that they are posting this a year after this event occurred says a lot. this client wanted to control how much money was spent on the case. He did not care about the ethical duties of an attorney. If our name is on the case, then we must communicate when the other attorney communicates with us. This client wanted me to ignore the other attorney when they contacted us because the client didn't want to run up his bill. I could not do that. He wanted to dictate what he believe was necessary for me to talk to the other attorney about when they called. When they called I had a professional and ethical duty to talk to them but the client didn't want to hear that and I never denied that i said that, so that is another false statement. Furthermore, I am not the one to bill the client anything. Anything he is wrong about. The owner of the firm bills the client not I, so for him to talk about what i charged him, etc. is totally false. I did my job but this client wanted to control and try to tell the lawyer what to do, then why do you need a lawyer? As to the mediation I got ill and rather than stand the client up or reschedule and set the case back, I asked to appear by zoom. Yet another misrepresentation by the client. This client seems to have had more issues with billing and the firm, than the petty things he wrote about me so i don't know why he went out of his way to come and post on my profile. One day perhaps he will look into himself and figure out why he is always in the predicaments that he found himself in and stop trying to blame others for his life. Bottom line if you hire a lawyer, then let them do their job. If you cannot afford a lawyer then try to educate yourself and do it on your own but do not get upset when you hire a lawyer and the lawyer has duties that they must perform and unfortunately that you will have to pay for. I ended up leaving this case because this client was unreasonable and unrealistic and that is always a recipe for disaster and then you have to deal with him trying to bad mouth you on social media. So read these knowing you cannot please everyone but I work my butt off for my clients and that is why i win a lot of cases.
"I endorse this lawyer. Ms. Okoh-Brown is one of the most conscientious attorneys I have dealt with. She really cares about her clients and making sure they are taken care of. A very competent attorney. I normally do not endorse attorneys but this is one I highly recommend."
"It is an honor to endorse Lisa. I worked with Lisa on a criminal defense case wherein my client faced deportation issues if he had accepted a plea. Lisa armed me with the specialized immigration knowledge I needed to provide my client with the tools he needed to make a fully informed decision. We went forward, fought the case and won. Lisa is THE attorney to talk to if you have an immigration issue at hand."
"Lisa is a very conscientious and a very knowledgeable asset to the industry. She is very detailed and extremely patient. She also happens to be very professional who improves the industry by her actions to fellow attorneys and to those who need help with their legal matters."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Okoh-Brown has a wonderful reputation as a zealous advocate for her clients and is a credit to the legal profession."
