Biography
Kaitlyn Bailey, the firm’s most recently hired attorney, is a native Texan and a proud Houstonian. She received her B.A. in English Literature from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. She became a Doctor of Jurisprudence following her graduation from the University of Houston in May 2015 and is licensed as an immigration attorney at law in the State of Texas.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Katie now practices immigration law in Houston, including deportation defense and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as family-based immigration. Katie is happy to pursue a profession that allows her to uphold Houston’s reputation as a diverse and welcoming city.
In her free time, Katie enjoys volunteering at citizenship and Know Your Rights workshops through Mi Familia Vota and Neighborhood Centers, spoiling her nieces and nephew, and two-stepping.
