Excellent Attorney
Ms. Radcliffe is technically solid and a fierce attorney. You is prompt to respond to e-mails and keeps you informed on the status of your case. I have worked with several attorneys throughout my life and she is by far the best attorney that I have ever employed. I would highly recommend her for f...

Highly recommended
Suzanne did an amazing job representing me for my divorce. She was helpful in explaining the process, the documents needed and timelines. She got everything done in record time. There were no un-necessary charges. I would highly recommend her!

Absolutely Terrible
Suzanne did a terrible job on my divorce. She did not respond to emails and when she did she asked the same questions over and over again. It took 9 drafts before she got all of the facts straight in my decree. It got so bad that I finally ended up editing the decree myself. Additionally, she did...
Ms. Jeanie, I am sorry you were not satisfied with my services. After reviewing your closed file from December 2017, it does seem your decree was changed and edited numerous times at your request because you and your ex could not agree on specific terms. I recall it was edited so that your ex would sign the decree in agreement as opposed to contesting the divorce. As for the QDRO you are referring to, the decree states that your ex is ordered to prepare AND pay for the QDRO preparation as I told you that I do not prepare QDROs and that I used a service to do them for me. I reviewed our email correspondence and I recommended you going ahead and using the service to get the QDRO prepared and that I strongly recommended you NOT rely on your ex doing it for your benefit. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding.

I would never recommend this lawyer
This has been the most unprofessional and horrible experience I have ever had. It has been three months and our agreement changes still have not been processed. Simple changes we clearly outlined and prepared prior to coming to her. Facts - 1. misquoted by double 2. Added things we never reque...
We are sorry for your experience and obviously your case was an unique situation. Please call the firm any time to discuss a possible resolution to your complaint.
"I have known Suzanne for almost 20 years. I practiced in front of her when she presided over CPS cases in Galveston County, and since she has been in private practice, we have had cases against one another, worked together on cases, and I have worked as the mediator on a number of her cases. Suzanne is an honest, reasonable, hard working attorney who listens to her clients and does her best to balance client desires with realistic expectations. She cares about her clients and works hard to help them get the results they want without unnecessary expense. She is an attorney I would definitely recommend."
"I endorse this lawyer. Suzanne is smart, savvy and comfortable in the court room. She is very experienced and was a fantastic, well respected judge for many years in Galveston County. You are in good hands."
"I endorse this lawyer. She is a fantastic lawyer and I have worked with her on family cases. She is very easy to work with which is unusual for family lawyers. We also went to law school together and she is one of our only class members who became a judge. She is an outstanding member of the legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Suzanne is a zealous advocate who is competent and a well seasoned trial attorney. She is conscientous and attentive to her client's needs, and will work for the best outcome."
