Attorney Radcliffe is amazing!!! She handled my divorce and for the most part once I handed it over to her everything else was pretty much a breeze on my side. I had a very difficult divorce as the other party was from overseas but she handled my case amazingly! First of all she DOES allow payment pl...ans which made it easier to gain access to the legal service I DESPERATELY needed at a price I could afford, she is efficient and her entire teams communicates effectively even sometimes answering on weekends. From one of the other reviews that said she doesn’t show up for court that isn’t correct. The process for court is that she comes to court but she may have several different cases to try and each case could be on a different floor, this means she is in the building and will make it to your hearing but she may be delayed due to having to come from another floor. In my experience that was the case but she sent her paralegal down to inform the bailiff and she sat with me until attorney Radcliffe came down. She is a BULLDOG in the courtroom and pretty much in representation of you period! It was amazing watching her wipe the floor with the opposing party in my case! She tried her best to communicate with the other party but they did their best to make that difficult and we still came out on top! I also read a review that said she shows up without information on your case this is also incorrect and impossible. My experience from her team was that they reached out a few different times to confirm information, to allow me to look over documents even if not required and to ensure that I felt comfortable with the steps we’d be taking before it was ever presented to the opposing party. My most memorable experience with her and her team was I received an email from her team about my case and i got nervous I drove to her office in absolute tears with my newborn baby in tow (she was very busy please don’t do that to her I was just freaking out and hormonal lol) and you know what she did???? She stopped what she was doing and she had me come in her office right then and there, a blubbering mess!!!! She talked to me calmed me down and explained in detail what was going on as I had misread the documents and misunderstood and she was extremely kind about it and her team as well, she didn’t make me feel rushed or like a nuisance at all (come on now what attorney is providing that kind of hands on service these days) anyway I said all that to say if you really need an attorney a GOOD attorney that takes your case and makes it personal to herself and her staff this is the attorney for you annnddd it doesn’t hurt that she SMOKING HOTTT TOO!

I loved loved loved Suzanne!I have used 2 different lawyers previously through my divorce that were not very good. She communicated with me on a regular basis and did not dodge my emails or calls throughout the custody battle like my previous lawyers. She was direct and to the point, she did not suga...r coat things which I prefer. Her and her legal team were on top of things during mediation. If something came up during mediation, her legal assistant would go research really quickly and come back with answers to help guide us in the direction we needed to go. She listened to me and my wants throughout the case which was very important to me as the previous lawyers did not listen well. She made sure that the final child custody documents were worded correctly which again was very important because I did get burned by the wording being incorrect for the divorce. Ms. Radcliffe helped me with my recent, not so straightforward divorce. She has the experience knowledge I needed an attorney. She was always prepared and was aggressive when I needed her to be. She was compassionate and always answered my questions and calmed any fears I had about the entire divorce... process. Suzanne has a wealth of experience and offered great advice in preparation for my case. She was not after dragging out the case and I did not feel like she was in it for the money, but rather her true compassion for the child involved in the case! In fact, she actually turned my case down at first ...and accepted it months later. She was always knowledgeable about my case when we met, did an incredible job preparing the paperwork for orders and for the trial, returned calls and emails (weekends included) and was pleasant to work with. I was impressed with the manner that she presented and represented me and my son in trial and in mediation. I believe she accomplished more than could be expected and I am incredibly grateful for the outcome. Besides the years of experience as an attorney, she provided insight of a judges possible views and outcomes from her time as a judge. In my experience with attorneys, I would use her and her office again and I would highly recommend her to any friends and family that needed her services.
