I was referred by a trusted friend to consult Ms. Radcliffe regarding a NOT-SO Cut and Dry child support case. She states on the firms about us page, We give "no nonsense" advice and try to tell you the best legal strategy considering the financial and emotional cost to you and this was exactly what ...she did for me. Ms. Radcliffe advised truthfully about realistic potential costs to fight VS Settling and kept it fairly simple at a time I needed simple direction to make difficult decisions. More importantly, she advised me with the best interests of not only myself, but also the kids involved. After a short pause, my ex and I came to reasonable settlement agreement which ultimately saved the Children 10's of thousands of valuable future financial resources. I want to say thanks for all that Suzanne done for me and my child custody battle. She went and fought what was right for me and stuck by her guns on what she said and would do for me. Not a big fan on attorneys, but this one was the best that I ever dealt with. Great job Suzanne!!! I will recommend ...her to any of my friends!!!

I hired Suzanne Schwab-Radcliffe, a former judge, to represent me in a divorce matter and unfortunately had a very negative experience. In my opinion, she showed a lack took on a case above her competency, which left my case in poor standing. Despite paying her significant fees, about $13,000. I felt... very little meaningful work was done on my behalf. When I eventually hired new counsel, they documented in writing the serious issues with how my case had been handled. For example, my new attorney wrote that, “The case was left unprepared and lacking critical groundwork,” and that “several important matters were neglected, requiring extensive correction.” This professional assessment confirmed my concerns and showed how inadequate her representation was. Please note, she kept a “thumb drive” with evidence to support my case set for trail which is my legal property and got away with it. I also filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas, but unfortunately, it did not resolve in my favor. Even so, I believe it is important to share my experience so that others are aware before making a decision to water their time and money with Suzanne. It’s worth noting that she is a former judge, and I encourage anyone considering her services to look into why she is no longer serving in that role. To me, this raises questions about her professionalism and consistency. From my personal experience, she seems to move from one role to another without much passion or dedication to her clients other than monetizing. Based on my experience, and supported by written evaluations from new counsel, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring her.

Save your money. I hired her before and liked her so hired her for another 2 cases and also referred people to her. Then on the next child support case she mishandles my whole case. She wasn't prepared, didn't have any documents that she needed, and was stuttering the whole time. She also present our... contract trying to get attorney fees but she wrote notes for another case and made it invalid. So it was thrown out. This was after it being reset 3 times and all that time she wasn't ready. We waiting 2 hours for my ex's lawyer to arrive and none of that time she review my case? Wow. She then says she will do it again free of charge. No, I don't trust you! Wanted a refund for the second case retainer which was almost 3k that we hadn't gone to court for yet because I didn't trust her anymore and she decides to be spiteful and refuse and also make up charges on a flat fee charge from the child support case. Also talked very rude to me and my wife and never accepted responsibility for her failures. Do not recommend. Her excuse is the generic "it's a complicated case".
