I notice that the three one-star reviews are all from the same disgruntled "gentleman"....perhaps in an effort to reduce the average rating??? Ignore that toxic drivel. Kristina is not only a highly experienced, well respected, and hard working attorney but also a dedicated advocate for children'...s health and just an awesome human being. She had my abusive, narcissistic ex's number from the get go and she was intelligent enough to box him in to a trap of his own making in the jury trial *he* insisted on having. I'm so grateful to her that Iiterally say prayers for her and her whole family every year on the anniversary of my freedom from that monster. Fifteen years out now and I still recommend her to anyone that even hints at needing an attorney. If you're reading this, I guess you're in a difficult place in your life and I wish you blessings. But don't pass up on this amazing advocate because of the comments from one vengeful loser.

Very unprofessional. Almost feels like a side hustle for Mrs. Lucas. Over a period of MONTHS she spent what seemed to be a few hours working my case. Her "recommendation" was the result of very little actual research and seemed to be based on a whim at the last minute. Would not recommend. There are... others who are much more devoted and willing to actually work to understand a situation and arrive at a genuine conclusion.

I would not recommend any father in Texas to hire Kristina Lucas to defend them or their children. She did not take in to consideration any manipulation that was done to the kids by their mother, like I asked her to do. She made her decision solely on what would get the mother the most child support.... Our case was not handled in a professional manner, the decision was not made for the kids, she laughed in our faces when she "proved" a point. Good Fathers in Texas should be recognized, and they are not.

She was very personable, approachable and reassuring with my 3 daughters, ages 10, 12 and 14. Their dad tried to convince them to live with him for his own personal gain. They were able to open up to her and expressed their true feelings during our chaos. She's sincere, wanted what was best for the k...ids and they got it! I'm very pleased with the outcome!
