Trust him with your case. Although the process is long, I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and was told all of the pros and cons to my case and how they may affect trial if I chose that route. I was offered pre-trial diversion and was advised to take it (due to a guaranteed dismissa...l) but Matthew made it clear that it was my decision if I wanted to fight at trial. I chose not to take the offer, but I was given a dismissal prior to trial anyway! Matthew is honest, calm and collected, and is knowledgeable regarding DWI’s and the processes of both Ft. I would first off like to thank Matt for the great work he has done to help throughout my DWI case. My case started in August of 2016 when I was pulled over by an officer on the way from a bar. Minutes away from my rental unit, I was asked to get out of the car, given numerous sobriety test and then ...had my rights read to me. This was my first time having any infraction with the law, and I was also visiting Houston. Everything was very much new to me, I was nervous and afraid of what was to come.
