Trust him with your case. Although the process is long, I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and was told all of the pros and cons to my case and how they may affect trial if I chose that route. I was offered pre-trial diversion and was advised to take it (due to a guaranteed dismissa...l) but Matthew made it clear that it was my decision if I wanted to fight at trial. I chose not to take the offer, but I was given a dismissal prior to trial anyway! Matthew is honest, calm and collected, and is knowledgeable regarding DWI’s and the processes of both Ft.
