Although the process is long, I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and was told all of the pros and cons to my case and how they may affect trial if I chose that route. I was offered pre-trial diversion and was advised to take it (due to a guaranteed dismissa...l) but Matthew made it clear that it was my decision if I wanted to fight at trial. I chose not to take the offer, but I was given a dismissal prior to trial anyway! Matthew is honest, calm and collected, and is knowledgeable regarding DWI’s and the processes of both Ft. I hired Matthew Deluca for a DWI case, From the initial consultation I knew he was the man for the job. He was dynamic in my defense in the sense of picking which direction to proceed based on the jury's reactions and what had been presented by the prosecutor.
