DO NOT hire this lawyer. If she is an amicus on your case, ask that she not be assigned. After a 3 year custody battle and 150K down the drain, I retain custody and full child support. Without even speaking to me, she made judgments about my case. She could never grasp that this case was about money ...and she kept trying to justify her snap decision she made before she ever spoke to me. Since my unfortunate experience with her as an amicus, she has work for at least 3 different firm and/or herself. Not a very good track record. My son is now 18 and his father refuses to help pay college tuition. My daughter never sees him. When I ask if he is coming to pick her up, he says he is not an Uber driver, so no he will not. Two enforcement of child support actions later, he is on probation for non-payment. We just went in for the third enforcement and his new lawyer barely kept him out of jail. He even took a 24K a year job to try to lower his child support. She never returned phone calls, she would create 9 months worth of bills and THEN send them over. She couldn't remember who she spoke with on the phone as far as witness go. She spoke with one the night before a hearing and then at court when she introduced herself, she said to that witness, "I have been meaning to call you." He had to inform her that she spoke with him the night before to which she has no recollection of. That was extremely alarming!!!! Toward the end of my case, my attorneys had drafted a motion to disqualify her. Fortunately for us, my ex non-suited the case before we needed to file it. I hope no one ever has to deal with a child custody case, and more so, never has to deal with her.
