Bruce A. Coane

I recently hired Bruce Coane for a wrongful termination charge against my employer. My initial experience with him was lackluster - he seemed uninterested and even fell asleep during our consultation. Despite this, I followed his plan to overcome the motion to dismiss and moved forward with him as my... attorney. Unfortunately, communication soon cease from Bruce's office, and after 4 months of no progress I received an invoice for work that had supposedly been completed but hadn't actually done anything on my behalf. After much back-and-forth it was revealed that the associate attorney working on the case wasn't familiar with what had been billed to me or what discovery should have taken place in order for us to be successful in court (none of which had happened). In addition, Bruce requested off the case just before we needed to make a response for summary judgement - leaving me going into trial without proper depositions that were agreed upon previously by both parties. My experience overall with Bruce Coane has not been pleasant - he seems more concerned about charging as much money as possible than actually helping his clients succeed in their cases. His years of experience are irrelevant if he is not taking care of those who hire him and choosing instead to put their cases at risk through his negligence and lack of communication/interest in seeing them through properly. For this reason, I cannot recommend hiring Bruce Coane as a lawyer and would give him 1 out of 5 stars due to my negative experience working with him.

Atty Bruce and the great team at Coane and Associates are invaluable in finding solutions to problems, and they are like a gift of gold. Many people get faced with immigration issues, and it can be over...whelming both financially and emotionally. Still, Bruce Coane is a considerable resource one can consider because he will put his time and expertise into your case, and the result will be worth every penny spent.

I had a great experience with this Firm, with owner itself and several staff attorneys. At first I had a phone conversation about my case, to discuss the possibilities and the price. Then in a few months I started my case; was submitting the documents, going back and forth with my assigned attorney. ...The lawyer was clearly sending my updates about what type of documentation to provide so that they could build a case; since I had many supporting documents already, there was enough to choose from. Then there was also an RFE issued, which was thoroughly responded to within a couple of months, and after that the case was approved after another half a year. Of course, as with all cases, there were long wait times during each step, but that was expected with immigration, so prepare to wait 3-4 years from start to finish. They were great to work with and I will highly recommend them. I got used to them and will even miss them after the resolution of a case, but best of luck to them, they truly change people lives.

Attorney Bruce Coane was a highly professional and with his expertise he was able to get my workers to stay here legally. i have no problem paying him at that time because money is flowing like honey in 2000 while i was in my office at 2425 west Loop South. I enjoy working with his lawfirm and i coul...d attest to his integrity as a lawyer and he is well knowledgible with labor laws that is necesary to be implemented if needs be in order to process documents for my business needs and my employees. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to do buisness legally in Houston and Miami. He is a fine lawyer that money can buy it was all worth it! Work with him you will never go wrong.

Bruce and his team are amazing. He provided good advice, run everything diligently, was always available to speak and answer my questions and got me what I needed in less time that what I could have imagined. I keep using his firm for the next steps of my immigration process. He never dissapoints. I... have many friends that hired law firms that took their money and gave them no results for months. Bruce is the best, no doubt.
