I was moving from Brazil to US over my job transfer though an Oil and Gas Company in Houston, Texas. Things went through very smoothly for us. He has been very slow in responses and He never replied to the phone calls and never gave time to explain the case and status. Had to followup on everything from my side for my H1B and green card processing. Even at the time of filing for my labor I had informed him to file it under EB2 which I was q...ualified, but he filed it under EB3, the effect of which had a huge negative effect on my whole process. He sucks.

I was looking for immigration lawyer for Green card process when I had a quick consultation with the Rahul Reddy at Reddy and Neumann P. C. on their free daily Conference Call. Based on the conference call I understood that Rahul Reddy is capable of handling my Employment Based 2nd Preference. My Lab...or, I-140 and I-485 went thought goo. It took a longer time than what I was given estimate in getting my green card approved, but at the end everything is done well. My Perm Labor got into something called Supervised Recruitment and took a longer time to get it approved.
