You can certainly feel their empathy and urge to strive for making lives of others better by trying to solve their Immigration problems or queries during these engagements. This applies specially to Mr. Rahul as he has been through the same immigration challenges himself in the past, which clearly reflects in his treatment and attitude to provide clear and elaborate answers to all of the callers. I believe all of these things matter a lot after all; which is also why Rahul and Emily (and Reddy Neumann PC) would definitely earn a very good rating from me - with a wholehearted recommendation.
