Both my wife and i are very fortunate to have our attorney Rahul preparing and handling our very much complex file. He has been very slow in responses and He never replied to the phone calls and never gave time to explain the case and status. Had to followup on everything from my side for my H1B and green card processing. Even at the time of filing for my labor I had informed him to file it under EB2 which I was q...ualified, but he filed it under EB3, the effect of which had a huge negative effect on my whole process. He sucks.
