OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY

Ryan is an outstanding attorney he is very attentive and on-top of his work...its been a pleasure working with him, best of all he delivers on what he promises.

Unresponsive and Untrustworthy

I hired Ryan to represent me in my divorce case. Our initial interview was positive. However, he was not responsive - took over a week to respond to my emails and voicemails. He shared confidential information with my ex's lawyer. He was not diligent in reviewing the decree prepared by my ex which... means I need to go back and get the decree modified. He also did not provide a monthly statement of his billable hours as he promised in the original interview, nor did he return the balance of my retainer. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Completely Unreliable

This case should have been "open and shut", which is what Ryan said at our consultation. WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE! My ex is a drug addict and used to beat me (i have police reports).. thanks to Bailey & Galyen, my ex now has joint custody of my 5 year old son who doesn't even know who the guy is!...!. Divorce was filed Oct 2012 and I didn't hear a WORD from ANYONE in the firm until I called in February asking what is going on. All I got was, "we can't locate him". COULDN'T HAVE SAID SOMETHING 3 MONTHS AGO?!?! So as they sat on their butts, doing NOTHING, I hunted my ex down. Took ONE day. Got him served. Guess what?! They sat on their butts some more, giving him time to retain an attorney and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get ANY advice or information OR return emails or calls from these people through the ENTIRE process!! But you better believe they racked up some money from me the whole time! I'm over $6,000 into it and, 12 months after filing the petition, the judge still has not signed the decree.

Real Life Soap Opera Divorce Case: Facilitated by Ryan Beason

I couldn’t be more pleased with the representation Ryan Beason provided to me during my divorce. Highly recommend

Ryan is an outstanding attorney. He is knowledgeable, professional and will definitely look out for what is in your best interest. I truly appreciated that Ryan was straightforward and did not just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. I highly recommend him.
