The company I work for started the green card application with a law office that she was working there. They connected me with her and told me to ask any questions you have. I called her and she was really aggressive to me and didn't want to even answer one of my questions. Then, my manager told her... to help me out on my questions. Still, she was so denial and didn't help me. We filed the PERM and it got rejected because she didn't inform the company about responding to an email that is sent from DOL. Other lawyers keep following up with the company to make sure that emaill is responded in the timely manner. But, she didn't. We received the denial letter after 4 months and the reason was because the company didn't respond the email that is send to them right after the PERM is filed. Attorneis get that email to which is called courtesy letter. But she didn't inform us. I forgive everyone in my life but this has been very tough for me because I lost almost one and half a year of my life as an immigrant. Here, minutes matter to us to save our status, but some people don't understand it. I don't recommend her based on my experience.
