Joseph Ming Bedoy

Attorney Joseph Bedoy is awesome! I injured myself on march 10th 2015. I have been off work since. I didn't hire an attorney because I actually believed that everything was on point with me and workers comp...WRONG!!! I found out quickly that all wasn't well. I was released to return to work with res...trictions and was taken back off work not even a week later. That's when I realized that I made a big mistake by not seeking the advice of an attorney! I searched on the AVVO attorney website, and something lead me to attorney Joseph Bedoy, and I know that I made a wise choice! When I first spoke with Mr. Bedoy I told him my situation and he begin to explain certain things to me concerning workers comp. At that point, I hired Mr. Deboy and he immediately began working on my case! Right off he corrected the amount of my workers comp check, He managed to get me an appointment with a court appointed doctor, and although he did explain to me how difficult it is to get a total knee replacement through workers comp, Mr. Deboy fought for me and as of now, I have a scheduled appointment for my knee replacement!!! Now,..I can't tell you that you will get these same results because everyone's situation is different. But,..I can tell you that I am so pleased that God lead me to this attorney! And I love the fact that he communicates with me about everything, he never have me wondering about what's going on. He always email me back in a timely manner despite his busy schedule. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN INJURED ON THE JOB!

I hired Joseph Bedoy with the law firm Abbot Clay and Reed back on October 2016. Prior to hiring Joseph Bedoy as my Workmen's Comp. attorney my case was at a standstill. Joseph was very aggressive in validating my reason for conversation with my work related injuries. After speaking with Joseph s...everal times on the telephone he assured me that he would fight for my case and do everything in his power to give me the conpensation that I truly deserved. Soon there after Joseph was able to get me a partial payment for my impairment rating. I was eventually released to go back to work full duty and then my Workmen's Comp. payments stopped. After several months of fighting with the insurance company we had a court date set. As a last-minute effort to avoid having to go to trial a plea deal was offered by the insurance company..Finally a resolution that was in my best interest. I truly believe that if it weren't for the aggressive and confident style of my attorney Joseph Bedoy my outcome could've been drastically very different. Joseph was just awesome. He was always on top of things when it came to my husbands court and doctor's appts and etc. He answered all of our questions honestly and promptly. The best form of communication for us was through email and we would sometimes get updates and answers at night and even over... the weekends. This was by far the best experience we've ever had with an attorney. Joseph did everything he was suppose to do under the law and had no control over what doctor reports and medical records/reports stated which was beyond his control. I would recommend him and his law firm to any and everyone that would listen. My husband wanted to just give up on his Workers Comp claim and once I spoke with Joseph and told him the situation he put my mind at ease and that was enough and I convinced my husband to move forward.
