Bianca Reed representative of the Hartford Insurance company goes out of her way to not communicate with you the Claiment The Plaintiff, she cut off the benefits and cause you big personal problems . She uses her knowledge of the system to cause problems for people. She should be removed forever... All she works for is her clients the big RIP Off Insurance companies. I would hate to be her on Judgement Day!!!

This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

Does not do her case research, or care about people.

I hired The law firm of Bill Abbott and Reed, on a recommendation of a friend that had Bill Abbott as his attorney. I was assigned Bianca as my attorney After the first paperwork agreement exchange , that set up the her being payed , I got no actual legal expertise help afterwards .Bianca did not re...turn my phone calls or communicate to me anything about my case. I had told her from the begining that my injury date was wrong, and that they was saying my injury was degenerative, instead of an injury. I received a notice of a MMI evaluation from a work comp Dr that only was told to evaluate a strained back and nothing else . She was suppose to send me to a Dr to examine me to depute the claims. I already had a MRI that showed bulging disk , but nothing else. She did file a dispute regarding the bulging disks to be part of my MMI evaluation, and the Dr did address it, and stated that regarding the bulging disk I was not at MMI, but the back strain was 0% MMI. She suggested I use my own Dr to depute the MMI Dr report. I was under the impression that she was to use her Dr to do the exam to depute the 0% MMI. I did go to my Dr and payed out of my pocket for all the exams and test. The Drs findings was two ruptured disks and my sacroiliac joint out of place. By this time the work comp insurance cut off my, and their work comp check. I could not get ahold of her after that. I emailed Bill Abbott and her first reassigned me to Mr Clay, and then he decided my case was not worth the trouble and resigned the law firm, and referred me to a ombudsman . The big deal about all this is the date of injury was wrong and I might not get any benefits at all with out a real attorney. I now have, two Dr letters stating I am not at MMI and in need of medical attention. I have not receive a pay check for about 4 months now. I am out 2500 dollars for all the test and a shot to my SI joint that worked for about 6 weeks. I am having to pay my personal insurance every month with no income coming in. All this because Bianca , or Bill Abbott did not read anything about my case, or offer their Drs opinion for any help. All my paper work states the correct date of injury , but the work comp carrier had it wrong all along, and now are using the wrong injury date to their benefit of not helping me. Now does this sound like you would want her for your attorney ? Maybe if your case was worth millions. Bianca actions are typical of the reasons people think poorly of attorneys in general.

hit and miss calls

I hired her about 2.5 years ago. She never returned my calls on time. She would never pickup the phone, will intentionally miss the call and then bill you for both missed incoming and outgoing calls. Then she would put that in your bill. She was not responding to e-mails on time, even when the situat...ion requires a time sensitive response. She was unable to write a demand letter to make the treating doctor write a causation letter in a timely manner. She never furnished me with any copy of communications sent and received to/from doctors, adjuster or even my employer. The deadline for filing a dispute on my compensable body parts expired without her lifting a finger to write to the carrier. I've never seen any of the correspondence she made to all the parties who needed to attend to my disputes. I was hopeful that she would be able to help me file everything on time and be given a fair/timely treatment. She never did. I had to file a complaint to the TDI-DWC, and got some of the disputed fees, but not all.
