Biography
Born and raised in a small South Texas town I was always exposed to the injustices. Whether it was due to not knowing the language, rules, or simply being taken advantage of, I saw people getting the short end of the stick all of my life and made a vow to change the access individuals had to the court system.
Although there is no guarantee of success in any case, my desire to assure the best representation possible has me working long hours and weekends. I strive to make sure my client’s rights are protected because a majority of them do not understand the system they are involved in (Worker’s Comp, Social Security Disability, etc.).
Growing up so close to the border it was basically a requirement to know Spanish and thankfully I am able to help more people being bilingual. Whether you are unaware of your rights, unaware of the language, unaware of the system, no matter what you have a right to have representation. Access to justice is attainable as long as a person knows to seek assistance; I have worked all my life to be there for those that need such assistance.

She helped with my workers compensation case
I worked with Monica on a workers compensation case I had with my employer in Texas. I could tell from day one that she had worked on a lot of similar cases as mine. She and the law firm made the process pretty easy and I was very happy with my compensation once it was all said and done.
