My husband was injured on the job about three years, ago which led to his leg being amputated at first, we thought we'd be able to handle workman's comp on our own. While working for a major Freight Company I was in a non fault accident! After my accident I was seeing the company Doctor and I was not getting any better despite the physical therapy and medication. Attorney Joseph Bedoy is awesome! I injured myself on march 10th 2015. I have been off work since. I didn't hire an attorney because I actually believed that everything was on point with me and workers comp...WRONG!!! I found out quickly that all wasn't well.
