In a divorce/child custody case, Caitlin was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be an experience that I was not prepared for. We would talk about options and what would work and what wouldn’t. She would 'check in' with me and make sure I knew what was happening at all times. My judge was just elected, so we didn’t know much about them. As time passed and it was getting closer to my final meditation, Caitlin was researching and talking with the other members of the firm to fully understand how the judge ruled. It really helped during final mediation when the last details needed to be hashed out.
