Brian Stephen Laviage

I am incredibly happy with my experience with Brian. I have never had to seek legal representation for anything in my life but things happen and I was arrested for public intoxication misdemeanor. I am a frontline worker in healthcare and this isn't something I need on my record. I contacted Brian about what we could do about it seeing at the court date was sometime away and the likely hood it would just get pushed back was very high because of covid. Within a day Brian contacted the city prosecutor and was able to work out a complete dismissal of the case. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needs a lawyer for these types of situations. I plan on working with Brian later on expunging the offense completely.
